The staff for the most part was excellent, were helpful with every aspect and when a mistake was made they did what they could to make the correction. The food was not that great at all, and overprice

Lovely hotel, great service and very friendly. It's quite far from the city centre of that's where you need to be. But otherwise it's everything that you would expect from a Marriot except from small bathrooms which is not uncommon in Europe..

Good facilities nevertheless the employees are nice but not costumer oriented. Last time I'll be in this hotel.... An invoice issue took too long to solve. Internet is paid and expensive as well as the garage.

I spent 5 days in this great hotel for the Mercedes Trophy Golf world finals. I had a great time in here. Very clean, high end, friendly and safe place. The staff under the management of Mrs. Katharina Barenthien is just awesome. Mr. Maged Bebawy, the front desk manager, spend all of his time to make sure that all the guests are comfortable, happy and having a great time. I made sure I take both of their names cause they really deserve praising and more. I highly recommend this hotel with its hospitable staff for anyone looking for a hotel in their vicinity. After I came home on Friday at 9:00pm, I saw that the property manager did not finish all his work in my bathroom and toilette as agreed before. So I had not warm water and no toilette when I came home. For this reason I have been staying in the Marriott Sindelfingen as I’m a Platin Marriott Awards member and try to stay with one of the Marriott hotels all time I have to stay outside of home, what is very often. I was kind of disappointed about the rooms and specifically about the reception and restaurant stuff. There was no warm family feeling at teh reception as I’m used to Marriott hotels in Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich as also Alabama, Michigan, Austria. Even Courtyards in Munich are more family feeling than Sindelfingen. Further is the furniture in the room new, but not useable. I just hold my self at a locker opening my shoes, it already crashed down and fall to the floor. The restaurant is nothing other than expensive as even the steak was not good at this time Saturday evening what I had with my son. The gym is with broken equipment, (indoor bike, running belt, etc. ) and very small. This hotel is not the Marriott standard I’m used to globally and also arrogant and expensive. I can not recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues again, as I did it before blind due to the fact that I only had good experience with Marriott so far.

I spent three nights here and it was superb. The staff is excellent, the room and bed comfortable, the Wi-Fi very good and the bar and restaurant friendly and welcoming. If you are in Sindelfingen this is a good choice. The executive lounge and staff were excellent. The only downside is that it is a long, long walk to the nearest S-Bahn stop.

Had a wonderful stay at the Marriott where the staff were friendly, the rooms were good and the restaurant food was excellent. The one person who stood out was Lucia who provided an excellent level of service even though the hotel was extremely busy.

My daughter and I booked an overnight as a quick getaway. As a gold rewards member, we looked forward to using the executive lounge and pool/fitness center. We checked in using the Marriott app, which makes things very easy. This, however, was the first time we did not receive notice about an upgrade, but perhaps the hotel was full. The room we were given was very nice and was feather-free as requested. The fitness center was being renovated but a small area was available. The pool was nice but required a trip up a set of stairs which was difficult for people with physical challenges. The area was clean and well-maintained. After working out and a swim, we went to the lounge for a dessert snack, only to discover nothing was available, and this was at 9 pm. We were told that desserts would be available until 9:30. Although there were plenty of drinks, there were absolutely no snacks (peanuts, gummies, anything); this is the first Marriott property we have visited that had nothing in the lounge to go along with the alcohol. So we went to bed, expecting a great breakfast in the morning. When we checked in, we were told that the lounge would not be offering breakfast due to lack of staffing, so breakfast would be in the restaurant. We have loved the full American breakfast at many other Marriott hotels (Frankfurt, Vienna, Amsterdam. Berlin, Paris, Heidelberg, Los Angeles) so we were sure this would be great, too. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we arrived, there was no place to sit - there were not enough staff to clean the tables, so people were sitting in the lobby. The selection of food offered seemed quite extensive but many things were nearly out (bread, waffles, meats, cheeses) and no one was available to replenish - breakfast was still to be open for another hour and a half. The most difficult thing to watch was the young man making omelettes - he was pouring eggs from a carton over the items being put into the omelette, but the omelette wouldn't hold together and it looked more like hash. The taste was ok but I wonder what was in the container - I have always had fresh eggs at other Marriott hotels. Breakfast was very disappointing. We stopped at a local store after we checked out for fresh bread, meat and cheese for the trip home. We did have a good night's sleep so we were grateful for that but will choose other places for a get away. Not what we were expecting. This hotel seemed to be busy with Americans with military connections and business folks, and a few tourists. But it's not for us...

Stay here regularly and always find the rooms to be of a very good standard, clean and comfortable in this recently refurbished hotel, staff are always friendly throughout hotel, and breakfast is also very good with plenty of choices available. Internet is fast speed here and there is a club lounge located on the upper floor which is comfortable . Hotel is located near the shopping mall 10 mins walk away which has plenty of food outlets and shops available, there is also a nice park behind the hotel with a small lake which is good for walking. I would recommend this Marriott if visiting sindelfingen.

Special thanks to the team at the Marriott, they suggested a great meal. Between Chelsea's recommendation and Albert's superb service it was a fantastic evening! Decor is wonderfully appointed, loved the pool and the workout room too, what a refreshing stay!!!!!!!!
