The studios are close to all main necessities, activities and places to visit in the North - while being located in a peaceful and quiet residential area. A haven of peace where one wakes up to the sound of birds.

Its only 10 min drive from central Grand Bay (10km)
Pharmacy, Supermarket, Vegetable/fruit shop, Service station, Pizzeria, and beach are within 3 min drive.

Having a transport means is advisable. The studios are within a calm residential area, 100mt from the coastal Road.

The space
All units are modern and minimalist yet practical. WIFI is available on all floors.

Each studio is equipped with an open kitchenette, Oven/Microwave, Ground Coffee machine, Toaster, double stove, sets of pans and other basic cooking accessories to afford a creative and enjoyable home culinary experience.

There is also a large fridge, ceiling fan, optional 24/7 A/C, and a private balcony/patio with a view of the garden.

The property is safe, with security cams, on-property parking, and an automated gate.

There is a common swimming pool in the backyard that guests can use.

Continental breakfast is available at a separate fee as well as dinner as per the availability of the cook. Both are on a request basis. Washing and ironing are also available at a separate fee. Clients are given clothes to dry on their respective balconies

Das Zimmer war super, sauber, bequemes Bett und vom Balkon war ein wenig Meer zu sehen. Cedric ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Küche ist draußen auf dem Balkon ... allerdings haben wir diese fast nicht genutzt. Etwas vermisst haben wir einen Tisch mit Stühlen drinnen, den gibt es ebenfalls nur auf dem Balkon. Leider gibt es dort nach Einbruch der Dämmerung auch Schnaken :-(Das Anwesen mit den Apartments liegt etwas abseits, deshalb ohne Mietwagen nicht zu empfehlen.
