With oceanfront views from two sides of the home, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium in the Spoonbill Building at the Indian River Plantation Resort features vinyl hard surface floors in the living areas for easy maintenance, comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV in the living room, updated kitchen cabinets and counter-tops, and a king size bed in the bedroom with ceiling fan and an oceanfront view. The spacious balcony overlooks not only the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beachfront just steps form your door, but also the Resort Villas community swimming pool and sundeck shared by the Spoonbill and Pelican buildings just behind the dune line. A private dune crossing provides access to the beach from the sun deck. Let this be the property you choose to enjoy and make tropical memories in during your visit to the Treasure Coast of Florida.
