Great way to spend Christmas
There was some hiccups with the check in process, but Andreas did everything possible to correct it. The location is amazing. Remote but within a few minutes of Prina, which has fuel and groceries. Very clean and welcoming.

Plus und Minus Punkte
Die Gegend ist wunderschön und absolut sehenswert. Die Lage ist günstig und man kommt gut mit der Bahn und Schiff überall hin (10 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof). Die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung war gut, jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad und die Küche war mit einem großen Tisch bestückt. Im Garten gibt es Spielmöglichkeiten tür Kinder und einen Grill mit einer Sitzmöglichkeit. Nun zu den nicht so tollen Dingen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schlecht und sehr fragwürdig. Wir hätten eigentlich einen Code für die Schlüsselbox vor Anreise erhalten sollen, diesen Code haben wir leider nicht automatisch, sondern erst am Abend vor der Anreise erhalten, nachdem ich den Kundenservice der Fewo App kontaktiert habe. Auf meine Nachrichten direkt an den Gastgeber habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen. Es wurden uns Gästekarten für evtl Vergünstigungen versprochen, diese haben wir nie erhalten, auf mein Nachfragen am 2. Tag hin, wurde behauptet, dass es Probleme mit dem Portal gibt. Es gab dann noch einen geplantenStromausfall wegen einer Baustelle zwei Häuser weiter, hiervon haben wir nichts vom Gastgeber erfahren, nur auf Nachfragen bei den Bauarbeitern. Die Kommunikation war also sehr unterirdisch und enttäuschend obwohl die Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen. Was auch extrem nervig war, dass im Bad der Lüfter nachts ständig anging. Insgesamt gab es einige sehr störende und enttäuschende Dinge über die wir uns wirklich geärgert habe , schade eigentlich. So behandelt man Gäste nicht.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns super und die Sauberkeit gegeben. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen, da kleinere Wanderungen von der Wohnung aus möglich waren.
