Leuk ruim huis in een rustige buurt, vlakbij de zee. De staat van de uitrusting en tuin kan beter. Versleten stoelen en een verwilderde tuin, waarin de glijbaan stuk was. Goed contact met de eigenaar toen er iets defect was.
