The property looks great for an old building, what let's it down is how dirty it is. Dust everywhere, carpet dirty and dusty. Bathroom was flithy floor had not been washed in a long time, stains on the floor, spa bath dirty and jets needed a good clean. The bedding was stained and had curlys on it. Tv was not programmed for free to air and was hard to use, the night staff was great and tried everything he could even looking at another rooms tv. The first room was really dirty. The second was a little better the lady was great doing her best, even agreed was dirty but said that there vaccum cleaner was not the best. Very noisy with doors slamming all night long and people yelling. Just want to say the staff where amazing for what they deal with. Safety things like aircondioner filter had a good cm of dust on them all, the down light was hanging and all other lights where flickering. This needs to be addressed asap
