Whilst we are happy to read that our team was friendly and supportive and that you enjoyed our comfortable beds, we feel sorry that you faced some inconveniences. We have follow up with the team, but we have no track record that silverfish were reported. Nonetheless we have follow up and taken corrective and preventing measures to free the room from the unwanted visitors. Despite regular pest control and extensive cleaning procedures it can still happen but we are always happy to take any corrective actions right away.In regards of the odor in the hallway, this is unfortunately a general problem in the whole street (so not only limited to the hotel) that occurs when we have a lot of rain.
