Vacation apartment - Villa Eisenrose

The Hansestadt Stralsund is situated in the middle of the island paradise of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommerschen Boddenküste. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the old town of Stralsund. Shops are nearby. A parking space is available on the property.

Holiday:
Our apartment is 80 square meters and has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with bath and hallway. All rooms have floorboards and original stucco ceilings. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed with new mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. Our highlight in the second bedroom is a waterbed and a directly adjacent balcony.  The kitchenette is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher and a separate freezer.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.

In dieser FeWo fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurden die Räumlichkeiten restauriert und der Weg zur Innenstadt war auch nicht lang.

Schick und gut.

Die FeWo ist top, auch wenn das Haus noch nicht fertig renoviert ist. Lage ist auch super (in Stralsund von dort alles fußläufig machbar), nur der (geringe) Straßenverkehr ist durch das Kopfsteinpflaster mitunter etwas laut. Nette Vermieter. Sehr gerne wieder.

Großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Gerne wieder!

Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wohnung wurde, unter Erhalt eines Eindrucks einer Villa aus dem endeten 19. Jahrhundert, modern renoviert. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Innenstadt aber leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Wichtig, da es in der Stadt keine kostenlose Parkplätze gibt.

In der Ferienwohnung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde Historie mit der Modernen verbunden. Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause und kann den Urlaub in der schönen Stadt Stralsund genießen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne Wohnung.

In der Wohnung (Küche u. Bad) ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es auch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und nett und sie geben einen auch Tipps wo man mal einen Ausflug machen kann oder Abends zum Essen gehen kann. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.
