This quaint two-BR condo at Mountainside Resort is perfectly located for your Stowe getaway. While the furnishings are original, the location is ideal! You can walk to the Rec Path, Piecasso, Idletyme, and the Alchemist Brewery, or drive just eight minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort. Resort amenities include a shared indoor hot tub, pool, and gym. The stunning view, worth every step up the stairs, and the central location make this cozy retreat the perfect home base for your adventure!


*This unit offers the most convenient access in the building—just one step up from the parking lot and only five steps to the front door. It's also located closest to the parking area, making unloading and coming and going a breeze.

*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.


*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.


While we wait for the installation of the necessary filters, we are supplying a water cooler for our guests with bottled water for all drinking, cooking, and other consumption. Bottled water is also available at the pool center from 9AM to 9pm.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location! This was our second time at this condo complex, first time in this unit. We loved the water cooler in unit (you can’t drink or brush teeth with water here, so it’s nice to have a big jug), and the welcome kit of fresh pumpkin bread, pancake mix and syrup was a wonderful touch, especially since we arrived on Xmas and the stores were closed. The condo is dated, and the furniture is a bit grimy (I covered the furniture with a sheet). The kitchen is basic, good enough for the basics, but lacking for significant cooking (no cutting board, broken colander, oven mits, dented pans etc). If you are coming for the outdoor adventures, and just need a shower, bed and basic kitchen utensils, this place is great for the price! Location is amazing!
