The HAUBENTAUCHER holiday home, completed in November 2017, is only a few minutes' walk from Storkower See (200m to the lido). The two spacious apartments are equipped with the latest equipment and can each accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people in a comfortable box spring bed; extra beds with a sofa bed on request). The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly living atmosphere. The garden offers enough space to sunbathe and also has a charcoal grill and a table tennis table. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen & washing machine. A private parking space is in front of the house. There are also 4 bicycles that can be used free of charge, subject to availability.

The city center with the historic castle is easily accessible via the footpath. Numerous events for young and old take place here every year - from children's cinema to classic concerts. Several supermarkets, bakeries and shops can also be found in the center, within easy walking distance.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Rest and beauty with a lake view for the whole family.

Very clean home. Nicely designed interior. Not my style, but done with so much class, that I felt welcome and respected. I would love to visit this place again. We were there with family. Grandparents, brother-in-law and his family, and my family. There was enough space for everyone, both in the house, and outside in the backyard with the lawn chairs to relax together, and the ping-pong table to have fun together. Next time we would like to take advantage of the stone barbecue, which looks like it will be finished soon. :-) Thanks so much for your friendliness and care taken with your home. Leider enttäuschend – Potenzial wird nicht genutztDas Ferienhaus wurde vor einigen Jahren wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet – das sieht man noch heute. Leider hat man inzwischen den Eindruck, dass nichts mehr investiert wird. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: In vielen Ecken war es schmutzig, und einige Dinge im Haus waren defekt oder beschädigt. WLAN gab es keines, was heutzutage eigentlich Standard sein sollte.Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass in früheren Bewertungen bereits mehrfach auf die mangelnde Sauberkeit hingewiesen wurde – offenbar ohne Reaktion seitens der Vermieter. Man hat das Gefühl, dass hier nur noch kassiert wird, ohne sich um den Zustand des Hauses oder das Wohl der Gäste zu kümmern. Sehr schade, denn das Haus hätte eigentlich viel Charme.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, es ist auch gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Gartenmöbel sind teilweise defekt. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten nach Ankunft erst einmal die Fussböden saugen und die Duschen waren auch verschmutzt. Aber wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, weil es sehr viele Möglichkeiten gibt in der Umgebung.

Es gab keinen Tag an dem man im der Region nichts schönes zum unternehmen gefunden hat. Vor allem auch mit Kindern - ist eine tolle Ecke.Die Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt - die Antworten kamen immer schnell und waren hilfreich.

Für einen Wochenendausflug optimal

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung zu einem Wochenendausflug mit der gesamten Familie. Hatten somit beide Haushälften gemietet. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Schön modern. An der ein oder anderen Stelle war sie Sauberkeit nicht ganz so gegeben. War für uns aber hinnehmbar.Leider war der Zugang zum Wasser nicht möglich, weil der Strand wegen Vandalismus gesperrt war. Das war sehr schade.Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur weniger Autominuten entfernt.Für unsere Zwecke war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter, ruhiger Lage in der nähe des Storkower Sees. Die Wohnungen sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut. Aber im gesamten war es schön.

Schönes Haus, Reinigung erforderlich

Das Haus an sich ist modern, schön mit dem Grundstück dahinter, der Terrasse und dem Grill. Dringend sollte eine grundlegende Hausreinigung durchgeführt werden, die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, vor allem oben. Der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer hatte auch eine ordentliche Staubschicht. Wenn die Sonne ins Zimmer scheint, wirds um so deutlicher... Auch am Lampenschirm im Wohnzimmer hängen Wollmäuse. Auch nicht gut ist, dass in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten defekte Geräte/abgebrochene Teile vom Lampenschirm und vor allem alte Vorleger gelagert werden, das kann man alles auch entsorgen. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt, keine 5 min zum Storkower See, ins Stadtzentrum auch höchstens 10 min, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Würde der Sauberkeitsmangel, welcher hier schon sehr oft erwähnt wurde in den Bewertungen, behoben werden, wäre es eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Das Gute zuerst: Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und in der Küche gab es eine kleine Erstausstattung für den Geschirrspüler. Handtücher waren versprochen, aber leider waren keine Duschtücher dabei. Das angepriesene King Size Bett ist so hart, dass wir Rückenschmerzen bekamen. Unter den Sofas in beiden Wohnbereichen stapelt sich der Dreck. Auch sonst ist es nur oberflächlich sauber. Im Garten gibt es " Müllecken, was nicht einladend ist. Leider!

Nicht überzeugend

In den Ecken und unter den Betten wurde lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Hier lag sehr viel Staub und Schmutz und einige tote Spinnen und Käfer. Auch die Geräte in der Küche waren zum Teil sehr eingestaubt. Die Betten waren sehr sehr weich. Es gab pro Haus nur 2 Weingläser. Sekt- oder Biergläser waren gar nicht vorhanden. Die Tischtennisplatte hat ihre besten Jahre lange hinter sich. Die Bettwäsche und Laken hatten zum Teil einige Löcher und waren schon recht abgenutzt. W Lan ist nicht vorhanden. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht deutlich genug hervor. Es gab einen Hinweis im Haus, dass absichtlich kein W Lan eingerichtet ist , damit die Gäste abschalten / entschleunigen. Nun... das sollte vielleicht jeder für sich selbst entscheiden dürfen. Für uns war es ein großes Minus.

es ist Luft nach oben

Ich wünsche mir als Gast ein sauberes Haus und intakte Geräte. Das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet sehr oberflächlich. Wenn die Betten frisch bezogen werden, muss eingerissene Bettwäsche auffallen. Der Backofen wurden offensichtlich sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Daher haben wir ihn vorsichtshalber nicht benutzt. Auch Glühlampen dürfen gerne ersetzt werden. In einem Haus funktioniert die Waschmaschine nicht. Natürlich hätten wir sofort mit den Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen können und vor Ort um Nachbesserung bitten können. Ansonsten sind aber die beiden Haushälften zweckmäßig ausgestattet und eingerichtet.

Klein aber Fein

Wir hatten beide Haushälften gemietet. Da wir sehr gerne draussen essen und da aber keine Möglichkeit bestand hat der Vermieter kurzerhand eine Biertischgarnitur besorgt . Danke nochmals. Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort behoben und der Aufenthalt war super. Einzig die Einzelbetten waren für Erwachsene sehr weich aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Erholsame Zeit in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir haben im Juli eine schöne Ferienwoche mit unseren Kindern im Ferienhaus verbracht. Leider war das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite - umso mehr konnten wir Haus genießen. Ein kleinen Punkt Abzug gab es für das fehlende W-LAN. Leider war und dieser Sachverhalt bis zur Anreise nicht bewusst. Bei drei Teenagern - eine wichtige Info ☺️.
