Completed in November 2017 Ferienhaus HAUBENTAUCHER is located within walking distance of Storkower See (200m to the beach). The spacious apartments are equipped with modern facilities and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people in a comfortable box spring bed, extra bed with sofa bed on request). The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly living ambience. The garden has enough sunbathing space and also has a charcoal grill and a ping-pong table. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are also 4 bicycles, which can be used free of charge, subject to availability.

The city center with the historic castle is easily accessible via the footpath. Every year, there are numerous events for young and old - from children's cinema to classical concerts. Several supermarkets, bakers and shops can also be found in the center, within easy walking distance.

Auf den ersten Blick war alles in Ordnung.Auf den zweiten Blick muss ich die anderen Bewertungen bestätigen. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber.Besonders die Küche war einfach dreckig.Hinzu kam leider, dass die Ausstattung der Küche abgenutzt war.Die Spülmaschine ist anscheinend defekt, sie heizt das Wasser nicht auf, so dass sie nur kalt spült.Alles in allem wirkte die Wohnung etwas lieblos ungepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung leider nicht weiter empfehlen .

Gute Organisation, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider schon etwas abgelebt und kleine Defekte. Hauptkritikpunkt ist aber die Sauberkeit - wofür hier eine Reinigungsgebühr verlangt wird, ist schleierhaft.Vor Saisonstart könnte man durchaus mal einen Grundputz einlegen. Das Objekt ist gut aufgeteilt und super für 4 Personen geeignet.Leider wird das Gesamtbild durch die Schmuddligkeit und fehlende Pflege/Instandsetzung getrübt.Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zum Strandbad und in die Stadt. Auch zum Discounter braucht man keine 5 Minuten (Auto/Fahrrad). Allgemein mit dem Fahrrad kann man viel erreichen. Es gibt einige coole Spielplätze und "ein Eis" ist immer in der Nähe.Trotz der o.g. Einschränkungen hatten wir eine tolle Zeit.

Die FW war ok. Wünschenswert sind Teekanne, kleine Löffel, kleinere Tassen, Kompottschälchen, Brotkorb und Messer zum Aufschneiden von Brötchen. Kehrblech fehlte. Fahrrad war grenzwertig. Irritierend waren die schiefhängenden Bilder, Fernseher und Lampen im Wohnzimmer. Vielleicht sollte der Treppenaufgang wieder gemalert werden. Von Garten würde ich nicht sprechen, eher von Wiese.

schöne Doppelhaushälfte in ruhiger Lage mit Parkplatz und kleinem Garten

Im August 2022 haben wir mit unseren Teenager-Kindern hier schöne Urlaubstage in ruhiger Lage verbracht. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, sind entweder um die Seen geradelt, mit verschiedenen Booten gefahren (gemietet in Wendisch Rietz beim Verleih "Surf & Fun") und haben mehrere Ausflüge nach Berlin gemacht. Wir waren überrascht über die große Anzahl an Supermärkten in Storkow. Drei eigene Räder hatten wir dabei und ich habe mich gefreut, dass ich eins benutzen konnte, das im Schuppen stand. Es war fahrtüchtig. WLAN gab es leider nicht. Das haben wir - auch zum Planen der Ausflüge - vermisst. Von außen sieht die Doppelhaushälfte modern aus. Angenehm waren der eigene Parkplatz und der Zahlencode für die Haustür. Auch von innen wirkte das noch recht neue Haus erstmal schön und nett dekoriert mit hübschen Bildern. Auf den zweiten Blick gab es einiges, was verbessert werden könnte. Wenn es mein Haus wäre würde ich - es erstmal gründlich putzen (besonders die Küche) und die Gardinen waschen - Küchenutensilien und Geschirr nachkaufen (z.B. kleine Schalen, Kuchengabeln, Teekanne, Messbecher, Tischsets) - ein neues Sofa kaufen (eine Seite war kaputt, denn man sackte doll ein) - Flecken an den Wänden überstreichen - mehr Wandhaken im Bad anbringen - Toilettendeckel mit Riss austauschen Das Doppelbett fanden wir bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden schöne, neue Terrassenmöbel geliefert.

Schöne moderne Ferienhaushälfte mit Garten und Parkplatz

Eine moderne und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Haushälfte. Parkplatz für 2 PKW vorm Haus. Tür mit PIN Code. Hinterm Haus eine Terrasse mit gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln, anschließenden eine Wiese. Vorhanden ist eine Tischtennisplatte, Schläger und Ball müssen aber selbst mitgebracht werden!! Ein Grill ist vorhanden, Zubehör selbst besorgen, Rester von Vormietern könnten im Schuppen stehen!! Je 2 große Fahrräder stehen im Schuppen. Inneneinrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig, Fernseher vorhanden, kein Radio. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster , Herd mit Backofen, Wäscheständer ist da, Klammern selbst mitbringen, Fön ist im Bad, Badetücher vorhanden. Im Bad könnten ein paar mehr Hacken für Badetücher usw. sein ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig erreicht man gut die Innenstadt, das Standbad, andere Badestelle, versch.Gastronomie usw. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienunterkunft.

Schön wär‘s gewesen, wenn

Wenn ein Objekt mit der Vokabel „Luxus“ bezeichnet wird, dann weckt es nicht nur Erwartungen sondern dann gehören auch Inhalte dazu. Und die fehlen diesem Objekt….vieles ist einfacher Standart und sieht auf Fotos ansprechend aus. Einiges fehlt.. zB in der Küchenausstattung. Wir haben den Eigentümer informiert und er hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten sind bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen eher dürftig. Es sieht ansprechend aus.. aber das reicht bei der Kat. leider nicht. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind in einem ungepflegten Zustand und dadurch -trotz eigener intensiver Bemühungen - nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Eigentümer wurde von uns persönlich informiert. Für den geringen Wasserdruck bei der Nutzung der Warmwasserversorgung konnte der Eigentümer keine Abhilfe schaffen und auch keine Erklärung finden. Die Insektengitter an Fenstern und Terrassen sind nötig, aber teilweise defekt oder nicht vorhanden.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Diese Unterkunft ist nur 5 min vom Strandbad entfernt, ruhig gelegen und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Tischtennis auf der Terasse gespielt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke

Niedliches Ferienhaus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind klasse. Alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei Problemen war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das war klasse. Die Küche ist aktuell noch etwas spartanisch ausgestattet ( was Töpfe und andere Küchenhelfer angeht), aber mit der Zeit wird da sicher noch das ein oder andere Gadget dazu kommen.
