Disliked: Cleanliness
Prepare for amazing views, but bring cleaning supplies and mouse traps! We were so excited to stay here. Unfortunately, that was quickly dampened. The property had not been cleaned. There were dirty dishes, cobwebs in most windows and some doors, shavings left in the sink, and dirty sheets. We also found mouse droppings on the counter and had mice running across our feet. It was difficult to contact the property, but they did send someone to clean, and they did a passable job. We have an off-grid cabin ourselves, so we are no strangers to rugged lodgings, but this was not acceptable. The view is spectacular and the property is amazing. They also were willing to send us back some items we left there. Aside from the cleaning person sent out, we were never offered any other compensation. For the price of this location, that was unacceptable.
