Cottage with sunny wooden deck by water
Cottage of 32 square meters with bunk bed (140 and 90 cm wide) kitchen and indoor as well as outdoor dining table for four. There is also a smaller water front cottage (no electricity or running water) only 50m from the main cottage that has two beds. Walking distance to large preserve area with forest and meadows. 3-4 km walk to restaurant, lake with beach and illuminated track. 7 minute walk to bus that leaves every hour for central Stockholm. 15 minute walk to the very convenient ferry that take you to central Stockholm in 45 minutes or to the vast archipelago. 15 minutes by car to the closest shopping center.

Tolles Objekt, tolle Umgebung - einfach perfekt
Wunderschönes Objekt in traumhafter, naturnaher Lage. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr bis in die City von Stockholm bzw. in die Inselwelt der SchÀren.
Besonders spannend war die Tier- und Vogelwelt direkt vor der HaustĂŒr, ob ein Reh zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Vorgarten oder die Haubentaucher mit Nachwuchs im 'GepĂ€ck', alles war aus nĂ€chster NĂ€he zu beobachten.
Es gibt keinen besseren Ort, um Ruhe und Ausgleich zu finden, oder sich bei Bedarf in den Trubel der GroĂstadt zu stĂŒrzen.

Charmantes Cottage in einmaliger Lage
Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) 1 Woche in dem wundervollen Cottage verbracht. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist zwar klein und teilweise renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, aber es hat definitiv Charme und die Lage ist einmalig. Wir haben abwechselnd in dem kleinen HĂ€uschen direkt am Wasser ĂŒbernachtet und es war einfach nur toll. Wir haben das Boot fĂŒr Erkundungstouren genutzt und waren auch im Wasser schwimmen.
Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall, mit der FĂ€hre vom Anleger "Riset" aus nach Stockholm zu fahren. Entspannter und schöner geht es kaum. AuĂerdem können wir ein Besuch der Insel Vaxholm empfehlen.
Wir haben diese Woche im SchÀrengarten von Stockholm sehr genossen!

Erholsame Tage in traumhafter Umgebung
Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Wir konnten frĂŒhzeitig das HĂ€uschen ĂŒbernehmen. Die Lage ist perfekt sei es fĂŒr Bike Touren, BootsausflĂŒge, SpaziergĂ€nge, Baden vor dem Haus oder einfach um sich auszuruhen. Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr einfach eingerichtet aber mit allem ausgerĂŒstet was man braucht. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ruhige Idylle in den SchÀren
Wer Ruhe sucht, gerne angelt rudert bzw. mit dem SUP unterwegs ist, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Die NĂ€he zu Stockholm ist ein Pluspunkt.

Nette Woche in den SchÀren
Das Objekt liegt in traumhafter Umgebung. TĂ€gliche Fahren mit dem Ruderboot sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir haben in der kleinen HĂŒtte, die doch etwas mehr als 50m vom Haupthaus entfernt ist, am Wasser geschlafen - einmaliges GefĂŒhl der besonderen Art. Haus und HĂŒtte sind schon etwas Ă€lter und teilweise renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Zudem dĂŒrfte die Reinigung durch dem Vormieter nicht gerade vorbildlich gewesen sein. Den netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben wir bei der Ankunft kurz persönlich kennengelernt. Er war aber jederzeit elektronisch erreichbar und hat meist prompt reagiert. Alles in allem aber unbedingt empfehlenswert. Jederzeit wieder.

Schweden wo es am schönsten ist
Wir eine Familie aus Schleswig-Holstein haben eine Woche Urlaub in den Scheren vor Stockholm genossen. Traumhafte Lage, die beiden HĂ€user waren etwas klein fĂŒr 5 Erwachsene, aber bei guten Wetter eigentlich kein Problem.
Terrasse, Badesteg und das Ruderboot haben wir sehr genossen.

Perfekte Lage fĂŒr ein paar erholsame Tage in GroĂstadtnĂ€he
Wir haben es sehr genossen, direkt am Wasser zu wohnen und morgens von den Wellen der Ostsee geweckt zu werden. Zu den beiden HĂ€uschen gehören ein Ruderboot, perfekt zum Angeln, und ein Badesteg. Wenn man nach Stockholm fahren will, dann lohnt sich der 20-minĂŒtige Spaziergang zur Anlegestelle Riset, von wo aus die Waxholmsbolaget Boote direkt in die Innenstadt fahren... eine schönere Art nach Stockholm zu kommen, gibt es wohl kaum.

Traumhaft schöne Lage
