Booked a suite with a sauna but the room we were given was a regular suite with no sauna. The staff indicated their system had a “glitch” and couldn’t reimburse the cost difference of the drools due to us booking through orbitz and not the hotel directly.
It is very conveniently located within a walking distance to the car rental location at Arlanda. So for me, Radisson Blu was the perfect place to stay at since I was renting a car as well.
As soon as I arrived they had my reservation ready and treated me amazing. They accommodated all my needs and were very accommodating to all of the Orbitz VIP perks.
We have stayed here before and like their comfortable beds, friendly staff and very good buffet style breakfasts! We also had dinner here and the food was very good.
