Given its location is the ideal holiday home for those who want a relaxing holiday without confusion, but still convenient to walk to the sea; in front of the villa, in fact, there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by the bathing establishment dell'Ancora at 500 meters, to follow the beach of Gabbiano at 500 meters, in front of the Hotel Roccaruja, and just beyond the paradise of the Pelosa beach and the Pelosetta beach.
