The exclusive villa is located at the gates of the Country Club, a residential village located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Stintino and the beautiful and suggestive Pelosa beach. Thanks to its position, the villa enjoys splendid views of the lake, the countryside and the sea.
On the ground floor of the villa it is paved in red terracotta. The living area is furnished with 2 sofas. The living room leads into a separate dining room with a dining table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine and electric oven.
On this level there is also a bathroom with shower.
The first floor has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams. From the double bedroom you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, lake and countryside. There is also a bedroom with 3 single beds and a terrace overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The living room overlooks the garden and swimming pool (9x4 m), also with a view of the sea, lake and countryside. The shaded terrace is equipped for outdoor dining, with a table for six people.

- Bed linen and towels = 17 euros per person per supply / week.

Also angefangen in der Küche die total alt und versifft ist.Schranktüren kaputt fallen einem entgegen,Töpfe und Pfannen total versifft,wild durcheinander gemischtes besteck und Geschirr,wahrscheinlich alles da rein geschmissen was Freunde und Familie evtl entsorgen wollten.Der Kühlschrank ist für die katz ,der brauch 48 Std um die Sachen zu kühlen bis dahin hat man ihn schon wieder nachgefüllt da muss der Kühlschrank schon wieder kämpfen.Fazit kein schön kaltes Bier oder Wasser,auf der Küchen Ablage lagen noch tote fliegen.Die essecke da hat man auf billigen klappstühlen vom Garten gesessen.Wohnzimmer 2 billige 2er Couch und die eine ist immer noch die selbe wo ein Gast vor Jahren bemängelt hatte das sie durch gesessen ist.Auf den beiden Couch lagen grosse Laken was an für sich ne gute idee ist aber dann sollte man beim Gast wechsel sie mal waschen (taten wir dann )oder wenigstens ausschütten das der Sand weg ist.Internet bekamen wir vom Nachbar Haus dementsprechend war auch das Signal
Habe noch nie erlebt wenn man eine VILLA anmietet und ich habe schon einige gehabt ,das man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ne Gebühr zahlen muss für 7 Tage daher hatten wir unsere eigenen dabei,was denke ich auch hygienischer war wenn ich mir so die Reinheit dort anschaue, denn wir waren 8 tage da und man hätte uns für den einen tag mit sicherheit weitere 15€ p.P berechnet.
Alle 3 terassen dreckig ,in den Ecken tausende tote Ameisen und haarbüschel von vor Gästen, erst nach Aufforderung wurde das entfernt aber dolle waren die terassen trotzdem nicht.Bei Ankunft nicht mal Toiletten Papier und ne kleine seife vorhanden.Auf Toilette konnte man erst wenn man einkaufen war 🤦♂️.
Der Pool war anfürsich ganz ok bis auf die Ameisen plage aber leider war der nicht privat denn es war keine Trennung zum Nachbar Pool also nicht privat wie angegeben und nicht ein einzigen sonnenschutz.Der obere schlafbereich war ok sowie die Matratzen auch aber wie schon erwähnt die Terasse dreckig und auf dem Dach zwischen den beiden Häusern lag Gerümpel also kein schöner Anblick. Gefrühstückt hatten wir dann eh lieber auf den klappstühlen .Ein begrüssungstext mit WIFI Code und wo man das Gas für den Herd anstellt wäre auch gut gewesen.Ach ja der Grill total verdreckt und versifft das es mir die Lust zum grillen genommen hat.
Also dort wird nur kassiert und nix investiert
Wenn man es von Villa Serena in Ferienhaus Serena umbenennen würde und min.50% weniger kassieren

Eine enttäuschende Unterkunft
Wir hatten für die Zeit vom 10.09. bis 24.09. 2016 die Villa Serena angemietet.
Leider entsprach das gebuchte Objekt nicht der Darstellung im Inserat. Dort wurde das Objekt mit ''Exklusive Villa...'' angepriesen. Die Villa Serena hatte eine stark beschädigte Küche- nicht neuwertig - in der die Elektroleitungen zusammen gesteckt und geflickt waren. Die zwei vorhandenen Töpfe waren sehr stark abgenutzt. Die Vorhänge hatten Stockflecken und der Putz in einigen Räumen war abgeplatzt. Einige Toilettensitze waren sehr abgenutzt. In den Bäderecken befanden sich eklige Schmutzecken .Von den drei vorhanden Kunstoff -Poolliegen waren zwei auf den Liegeflächen eingerissen.
Uns wurde am Dienstag zum Mittwoch den 14.09.16 dann das Nebenhaus - nebenan – als Alternative angeboten. Wir sind dann umgezogen. Hier war die Küche etwas besser, aber die Abdichtung an der Spüle war sehr schimmelig. Die eine Couch war sehr durchgesessen – Sitzfläche neigte sich stark zur Mitte – Hier war wiederum die WC-Sitze in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Von einigen Fenstern viel der Lack ab. Das waren die wesentlichen Beanstandungen. Man fragt sich, werden die Objekte überhaupt hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität überprüft! An was soll sich ein Kunde halten, wenn die Beschreibung der Objekte so von der Realität abweichen.
