BEAUTIFUL VIEW for two-room apartment in small terraced house. Situated on the first and last floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; from the living room there is access to a large veranda furnished with table and chairs with a wonderful view of the sea and Asinara Island. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue.

The holiday house is inserted in the elegant residential village of Cala Rosa; due to its position it is the ideal holiday house for those who want a relaxing holiday without confusion, but still convenient to the sea; in front of the village in fact there is the sea with the first coves of rocks, 400 metres away there is the bathing establishment of the Ancora, followed by another 400 metres by the beach of the Gabbiano, in front of the Hotel Roccaruja, and a little further on the paradise of the Pelosa beach and the Pelosetta beach. In front of the village entrance there is also a bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to all the beaches, even the most distant, in the Stintino area.
The apartment features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. The apartment also includes a washing machine.
