Welcome to this fantastic villa where sea, mountains and forest meet in perfect harmony. Here you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view and your own private jetty just 30 metres from the house – a place to start your day with a refreshing swim or end it watching the sunset reflected on the water. The house is spacious and comfortable, accommodating up to 10 guests in three bedrooms and two toilets. The open plan between kitchen and living room invites you to socialise and share meals together. The large conservatory serves as an extra lounge where you can enjoy the view no matter the weather. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay – a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Outside, several patios, a barbecue and, of course, the jetty, the heart of the house, await you. For children, there’s a small natural beach just 100 metres away. Pets are welcome upon request, making this the ideal place for the whole family, including your four-legged friends.



Things to do on Orust & Tjörn:

Discover the beautiful hiking trails along the Pilgrim Trail, visit Tavlebords Honey Farm with its charming country store, and take a day trip to the car-free islands of Gullholmen or Käringön. On Tjörn, Sundsby Manor awaits with walking trails, caves and a lovely restaurant and café. In the nearby village of Svanesund, just 7 km away, you’ll find a great beach with diving tower, a true summer favourite for families.
