The outside was fine. Owner text me to bring extra blankets because she only had light ones available. Stated she was unable to comment via VRBO. 1st night, bottom fitted bed sheet only with spread on top. No top sheet. 2nd day no hot water, they ran out of propane. Contacted owner and she said would be there by 1. Provided within 2 hours, but not in time to make our appointments, Had to leave to shower elsewhere but they had no towels or wash cloths provided. No bathroom soap or any other as said. No coffee pot, coffee station was a few paper cups in a basket with a couple of creamers. 2nd night stayed elsewhere. Came back 3rd night and a critter had chewed through cabinet below stove, no idea where it was. Borrowed towels from family, got up in morn and water was frozen. When the heat was turned on, the air conditioner came on. Very dirty stained curtain above twin bed. Contacted owner via text and told her we would not be staying another day and she stated she would refund one day. No backup paper towels or toilet paper. Never did meet the owner. All communication through text. Looked under kitchen sink for another trash bag and it was full of garbage and trash. Very uncomfortable stay. Pictures available if needed.
