The Space

Need more room?

Your reservation includes both the main house and the beautifully restored barn.

The barn features a cozy loft with one bed, a bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a private balcony overlooking the property. It also includes a comfortable sitting area that can accommodate additional sleeping arrangements as needed.

Together, the main house and barn can comfortably accommodate 18–20 overnight guests.

The barn is included with every reservation and is not rented separately.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, including both the main house and the barn, with the exception of a private dressing area connected to the primary bedroom.

Please note that this is a privately owned and personally used home rather than a full-time vacation rental. As such, you may notice personal décor, books, artwork, and other belongings throughout the home.

We kindly ask guests to respect the space, avoid moving decorations or furnishings, and refrain from using personal items unless they have been specifically designated for guest use.

* No smoking or vaping inside the home under any circumstances.
* Shoes must be removed before entering the home.
* Guests are responsible for arranging restroom facilities appropriate for the size of their event if additional facilities are required.
* Please leave the lawn, gardens, and outdoor areas clean at the conclusion of your stay.
* All trash, recycling, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed from the property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
* Please respect the home, furnishings, landscaping, and neighboring properties.

The nightly rate has been discounted by 20% while the property undergoes minor seasonal improvements and updates, including painting and landscaping enhancements.
