There is one double bedroom, which also has an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, and it also provides access to the terrace.

The villa comes with a bathroom that includes a bath, bidet, and toilet. Heating is available from November 15th to April 30th. Outside, there is a 15-square-meter terrace and a 20-square-meter garden, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and the valley. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Parking for up to 2 cars is available in a fenced area.
