You're in a beautiful rural area with access to the Gulf of Mexico and Steinhatchee River. There is plenty of boat parking or take advantage of our first come first serve boat docks. There is an easy to access kayak launch onto the Steinhatchee River. The Landings is also a perfect area to accommodate weddings or family reunions with an onsite church, reception area and lots of activities for the whole family. There is a community pool, gym, tennis courts, playground and petting zoo making this a perfect destination for children and adults. Nearby is the famous crystal clear N. Florida springs, state parks, and historic towns where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, scalloping, and much, much more. Relax unwind and recharge but most of all have FUN!

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
