211 is a beautiful 1-bedroom unit with a king size bed plus twin bed and a pullout sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. This unit is 1 of the 32 units we have that has a private balcony overlooking the mouth of the river and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy our relaxing pool while watching an unforgettable sunset. Our facility is across the street from the new hot marina Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman’s Bay also across the street from the famous newly renovated Roy's restaurant. 
The condo is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom.
