Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with trees, natural garden. 12 km long motor access (mountain road). Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 30 m. Grocery 12 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 21 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 18 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 21 km, Lucca 44 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km, Carrara (cave marmo Fantascritti) 43 km, Firenze 130 km, Collodi (Parco Pinocchio) 62 km.
