Kiara 1 By Tiny Away is nestled in 1 Park Street, Stawell, Victoria. Just 2.5 hours away from Melbourne, our tiny house allows you to enjoy the peaceful countryside life. Our holiday homes let’s you enjoy cultural sites, historic locations, nature, landmarks and unique sights.



Set out on a relaxed journey through Stawell, where history, creativity, and nature blend effortlessly. From the legends of the Stawell Gift Hall of Fame to the golden echoes of the Stawell Gold Mine. Follow the Cultural Heritage Trail, pause at the Pleasant Creek Courthouse Museum, and enjoy art at the Stawell Railway Station Gallery.



Step into the past at the Stawell Historical Society Museum, then escape into nature — explore Grampians National Park, roll along the Grampians Rail Trail, unwind in Deep Lead Nature Conservation Reserve, and meet the wildlife at Halls Gap Zoo.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we offer two tiny homes—“Kiara 2” and “Kiara 3 (coming soon)”—which can be reserved with at least 24 hours’ notice.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.

Just 2.5 hours away from Melbourne, these holiday homes are the perfect place to have serene getaway while exploring the Victorian region.



Wander around the Stawell Gift Hall of Fame, which celebrates the town’s iconic footrace, and the Stawell Gold Mine, one of Australia’s major active gold mines. Explore the Stawell Cultural Heritage Trail to see historic gold rush architecture, the Pleasant Creek Courthouse Museum, and other notable sites.



Visit the Stawell Railway Station Gallery and the Stawell Historical Society Museum. See stunning natural landscapes at Grampians National Park and see Grampians Rail Trail for scenic walking and cycling. Take a stroll at the Deep Lead Nature Conservation Reserve and visit Halls Gap Zoo—Victoria’s largest regional zoo—or enjoy a round at Grampians Adventure Golf.

- Potable water is free.

- Gas BBQ grill is available.

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- Given the rural setting, children are not allowed on the property.

- Telstra and Optus have strong reception, while the other networks are weak.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important Note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
