We stayed while we were in Statesville for a soccer tournament. We loved how spacious the place was and the character/decorating was amazing. They provided everything we needed, even a toothbrush we forgot. We walked to coffee, lunch, dinner, and ice cream and had a wonderful time. We would definitely return!

The apartment was amazing, but I think some of the things that made it so unique also caused a fee hiccuos. The high ceilings with exposed beams was goregous, but I was cold there & only 1 morning did I have hot/warm water to shower. Still, I can't deny the place was so unique & Kathleen, the host, was very personable & she did promptly answered my messages. The apartment was within walking distance of food, bar & shopping.

Very cool place!

I traveled to Statesville for work to go to a weeklong class. I wanted to do something different instead of a hotel. This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. It is right in downtown so restaurants, shops, coffee, and beer in walking distance. The host was wonderful! She had her contact info and wifi located in the home and she left some hygiene products as well as a bottle of red wine for me for my stay. I am a female, travelled solo, and felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again!!
