What a serene, relaxing property! The house was cozy and well-appointed. It’s secluded and quiet, and the sunrise over the pond is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay while in town for Georgia Southern Parents Weekend. We would definitely choose to stay at this lovely property again. Thank you!

Last week I found this wonderful home that was exactly what was advertised. When we walk in the home felt very comfortable and welcoming. The house is out of town and down a dirt road that is well kept. My family made smores in the outside pit. We would have went fishing but we didn’t have a pole. Nice place for a quiet getaway. I would rent this home again .

Great location and back yard

We enjoyed the seclusion of the property and the dock/pond area the most. Great to get out of the city of Statesboro with all of the crowds during graduation week. Would stay again!

Beautiful Bliss!

We booked The Pond House for Homecoming weekend and were completely satisfied with our stay! Super easy checkin and the house was beautiful. The host left us some handpicked flowers and fresh apples, both were fantastic. Our kids loved the pond and we loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings! We will certainly stay here again.

Peaceful, beautiful setting

Perfect for our stay for a nearby family wedding. Beautiful setting on a dirt road leading to the pond house with beautiful views of the dock and pond. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing in such a peaceful, quiet location.

Pond House Tranquility

We came for the weekend to see our niece and go to Georgia Southern football game with her. ( she is a freshman at GSU). How fortunate we were to stay at this house with its charm and nature rich lake, outdoor swing and outdoor fire pit. Sit on the back porch and look over the lake or drop a hook in the water and catch some fish. ( we brought our fishing poles ! About 10-15 minutes to the University. When we come back we will definitely be staying here! Price is very reasonable, Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. AAA+++
