Sweet Pea Cottage is part of the Sanders Cottage Collection — 10 cottages on the same 19 acres where our family ran Sanders Cattle Company for over 40 years.



A well-appointed king suite with newer furnishings, a full kitchen, and a sofa bed when you need the extra sleep setup. The 50" Roku TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and coffee pods are stocked in the kitchen.

We're Will, Scott, and Linda Sanders. Our grandfather Eugene started Sanders Cattle Company on this land over 40 years ago. We grew up here, and now we're glad to give it a new name and share it with you. The Sanders Cottage Collection awaits. Holler if you need anything.

The Neighborhood:

The Sanders Cottage Collection is a micro-resort on 19 acres of family-owned land just outside of Starkville. Ten cottages, one home place, same family that's worked this land for over 40 years. Close enough to town, far enough from the lights for you to truly enjoy the starlit sky on clear nights.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. MSU, the Cotton District, and downtown Starkville are all 7 minutes away. A Barn Venue is just up the street. Everything else worth seeing is a short drive from the home place.



Other Things to Note:

The property sits on 19 acres outside the city limits. Please review house rules prior to booking.
