Immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees and greenery, this gorgeous holiday home offers an authentic Mediterranean ambiance. The turquoise-blue Adriatic Sea is almost on the doorstep. It takes only 150 meters to the natural pebble beach. With just a few other houses in this bay, one of them housing a sea-front restaurant, this stunning location guarantees tranquility.
Villa Nativa with Pool features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a pavilion house, and a summer kitchen with a wood fire/charcoal grill. The outdoor pool, an alfresco dining area, and outdoor terraces with lounge seating and sunbeds offer a great setting for relaxation.
The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor of the main house. Here you have at your disposal a refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, juicer, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The indoor dining table seats 6 guests.
One of the bedrooms has king size bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Each of them has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest toilet.
It is an energy-sufficient house and the use of electrical appliances with a power greater than 1.5kW is not allowed
