On the north side of the island of Hvar, in a small, quiet bay far from the hustle and bustle, this special property is located just a few steps from the sea. Just ten metres separate you from the clear, turquoise water. Here, in the morning you only hear the gentle lapping of the waves and in the evening the crickets – the next neighbour is around 500 metres away. Those seeking peace and nature will find exactly what they're looking for here.



The smallest residential unit of the house is ideal for two people with a child or for a couple longing for an authentic seaside break. The apartment features a kitchen, a cosy living area with sleeping accommodation, a bathroom, and a refrigerator.
