Food not removed from fridge from last guests(fridge not cleaned). Trip hazad to enter office not identifed, my wife, returning the contence of fridge to office tripped cut and bruised her arm and bruised both shines.The accident was reported to manage. Some first aid was given.

Our room was good, albeit on the small size. We dined at the Steakhouse Restaurant attached to the motel. The meals were good, however we were a party of 6 and not everyone was a steak eater. Our son-in-law was hoping for a Chicken Parmi, but settled for the brisket burger. We think it would be nice if the restaurant offered a couple more choices other than red meat dishes. We get that it's a Steakhouse and that we could have dined elsewhere, but if the restaurant want motel guests to dine at their restaurant, it would be beneficial to them to offer a couple more options.

What an outstanding and convenient little motel to stay in for a couple of nights. Comfortable bed and good size room with the usual amenities. Good location too across from the exhibition centre, not far from a museum and a few minutes drive into town and back. Staff were great too, quite obliging when I asked for a surplus eco-bin liners for the duration of our stay. Great customer experience.

Again a mid tier motel, right on the edge of town so about a 30 min walk to the shops (or a short drive), not much around the motel but clean, secure and good check in.

Steak restaurant was closed but should have been open, couldn't park near our apartment because no designated car parks, corners near the ceilings were full of bugs and no where near clean, door frame on the entry was damaged like it had previously been kicked in, lovely Tennant's smoking right outside the entry door and then we start on the bed, absolutely ancient and felt like it had been there since the building was built, so many springs but still felt like i was sleeping on the floor.. Overall never again and would recommend buying a swag on your travels and sleeping beside your car on the road before coming here..
