The air conditioned wasn't working when we arrived and I texted the property manager to call me and look into it. The property manager texted back the next day to say replace the remote batteries. This was not the issue and I asked for a call. They texted to say nobody was in the area to look at it and then stopped replying to messages. On the third day without A/C I texted again for a call and did not receive one. While we were out of the unit someone came and turned on the A/C or reset the breaker. Again no call. This could have been addressed on day 1 with a call, rather than carrying it over 3/5 of my vacation days.
