Had a lovely stay here the room was fabulous the bed was so comfy we stayed in the wild horse room it had a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower and the toilet was separated from the bathroom the staff are friendly and nothings to much trouble Great little touches like fresh milk and homemade cookies which were delicious

It's lovley, and offers good value considering the alternatives in that location. Quirky room which we liked a lot, and clean. A particular member of staff, could have been more accommodating, and welcoming as guests, but maybe got her on a bad day. Worth a stay.

Full of character

Lovely pub/hotel with lots of old world charm. Clean and comfortable in a great location. Stayed for Sunday lunch which was excellent. Bedroom was spacious and had everything you could need. My only very slight negative was the traffic noise, as our room was at the front.

The room was much smaller than anticipated. Not enough space for one person, let alone 2. No room for clothes, suitcases or anything else for that matter. I am very familiar with the area and was looking for quaint place to bring my wife to. was sadly disappointed.

Excellent and helpful staff. Failed to let them kow about a cheese allergy, but when the meal arrived with mash containing cheese, they whipped it away, and remade the meal with cheese free mash, no quibbles. Thank you!.

Room was above kitchens Noisy obviously until 10pmish. A fan in the hallway was on and noisy 24/7!! The bed was too large for the size of the room.Little space to squeeze between the base of the bed and the TV on the wall. No light near or on the dressing table of my wife to put on make up etc.
