First, hot tub/pool area not operating Second, no free parking Third, the only restaurant was closed, no mention on website Fourth, hotel full with a group who were very loud slamming doors, running up and down hallway until 1pm Fourth, twice men tried to enter our room at midnight and later, to which we had to tell them to go away Fifth, no included breakfast was and still stated on website I have stayed at many hotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

The room was ok but the walk to get there from the only set of elevators was quite a long one, especially carrying bags. It also doesn't help when the fire alarm goes off at 12:30am! There were no instructions or updates from hotel staff about what was going on or what to do. Didn't get much sleep that night.

We were checked in to the room and only found out after making our way to the 3rd floor. We then had to go back to the elevator with our luggage and wait in line to get the correct room and then go BACK to the 3rd floor and find our room. The numbering system on this floor.is wack and we had to walk a pretty long way from the elevator to our room
