Nice summer getaway in the mountains.

Great place for a quick weekend getaway in summer. Very good service with the staff proactively providing all information. Good location to access local hiking without needing to drive. Good amount of bathrooms and no issues with hot water. Kitchen reasonably well stocked. Some maintenance work is needed. It’s clear things aren’t being looked after as well as they could be. For example: hammock stand very loose with damaged joints. There should be a floor drain in the bathroom with the hot tub.

Tolle Unterkunft für ein Wochenende mit Freunden

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem geräumigem Wohn- & Essbereich und praktischer Aufteilung der Räume. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Serviceteam war für alle Fragen offen und super freundlich. Top Lage: 15 min Fußweg entfernt gibt es einen Ski- und Schlittenverleih, sowie Pisten für die Freizeitgestaltung. Wir hatten ein super Wochenende und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es wurden im Nachhinein Reinigungsgebühren in Höhe von 50€ verlangt, obwohl die Unterkunft sauber hinterlassen wurde. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen meinerseits stellte sich heraus, dass eine Verwechslung der Unterkunft durch das Reinigungspersonals vorlag. Sowas kann passieren, aber es wäre hilfreich, wenn das Personal das nächste Mal von Selbst anruft und eine solche Verwechslung klarstellt.

Der Service hat wie immer sehr gut gepasst. Und das Chalet war auch sehr schön. Nur die eine oder andere glühbirne tauschen, manche Räume waren durch defekten Leuchtbirnen sehr düster. Sonst hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

Sauberkeit, Schneller Service, Whirpool Die Anzahl der Gläser, Besteck war für 16 Personen fast zu wenig. Die Einrichtung war teilweise schon abgenutzt und müsste teilweise erneuert werden.

Sehr Schonen Urlaub bei Alpenpark Turrach

Die neues Zimmer war Super ! Und das Skiraum bei Reception ist sehr komfortabel. Die Stuhle bei Tisch, verschiedenen nicht gut. Sehr Schlecht. Die Backform nicht geeignet fur Pfannkuchen order Eier zu Backen, kocht schnell. Wir hatten kein Spatel und kein Garde. Und die Whirlwanne funktioniert nicht.
