New luxury apartment/villas, East End sleep up to 14.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach.
The guest will have over 3500 square feet of space. 4 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full-size pull out sofa, 4 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped full size kitchen, living room, family room 2 laundry rooms, 2 large wrap around balconies, 2 from patios, Air condition, 2 built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops throughout, 2 side by side Refrigerators, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, TV Streaming service, Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood, close to Red Hook.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the six 60" flat screen HDTV or hang out by the pool. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.........
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around.......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note..........
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, TV, Showers, etc....
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Overall property was great! Wonderful view and beautiful beaches only a short distance drive. Pool is nice as well, however, is deep so will need floaties for any little ones. The electric on the island go out frequently, but the property has a generator.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We had a large family group of 10 in our party but had plenty of space. The rooms were large and well maintained and very clean. We used the spacious kitchen daily. The kids loved using the pool each evening. This property is close to restaurants and shopping in Red Hook, and also close to the ferry boats to St. John. The owner lives close by and is always available for questions or should any issue arise (we had none). He is also good for recommendations. We had been to St. Thomas many times, but he recommended a beach we had not visited. The beach is now one of our faves. An, overall, awesome stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home for large group

This property is amazing!! The views of the bay are stunning. Bedrooms are very big and each has an updated bathroom. The kitchen was very big and has everything you need. The high ceilings and wood work was so pretty. Dexter was a great host and was there to greet us at our arrival. The property was very beautiful and St. Thomas is a must see.

Love this place

Stayed here with my 2 sisters mom and dad. There was plenty of room and it was super clean. The 2 balconies were awesome. Aa were the 2 living areas and kitchens. Had an issue with the ac in one of the bedrooms and Dexter and his son came and fixed it right away. I would not hesitate to visit again.

Amazing!

Our stay with my family for my brothers wedding at Sapphire Beach was amazing. The back porch with the view was so nice, we absolutely loved it. When driving to the property, we were a little nervous but we’re then blown away with how much we loved our stay. Dexter was so nice and accommodating! Everything was in a close driving distance to get to, very close to Sapphire beach. Would definitely and am planning to come back here! Thank you Dexter!

Family Wedding in paradise

We were in St Thomas for our daughters wedding: I wanted a rental large enough for my family, including husband and our adult children. As previous reviews share Dexter is great, responsive and helpful, including car rental service if you are daring enough to drive in St Thomas. The unit is large and the most well equipped unit I have ever stayed in! He is adding a pool, life size chess board and driving range so there was some construction but when this is done it will be near perfect. The only downside is the roads are narrow and winding making it difficult to walk anywhere,, but the location is less than 5 minutes from red hook and multiple beautiful beaches are nearby! We would stay here again if returned to St Thomas but next time will likely explore st Johns. Definitely recommend anything managed by Dexter!

Great spacious apartment

The unit was huge and clean for our 4 couples. Beautiful view from the two balconies. This is actually two 2 bedroom apartments connected together so there are dual kitchens and living rooms. Beds are great, king size and spacious bathrooms. Fairly close walking distance to groceries and two restaurants . We would gladly stay again.

Great view and beautiful house

The house and view were both beautiful. Dexter helped us to get a rental car once we realized that taxiing everywhere would be too expensive. Dexter also gave us recommendations on places to go eat and must sees. WiFi was a little spotty. Would definitely recommend this place though.

Awesome stay! Beautiful views and great host!

We had such a wonderful time in St Thomas and Dexter made everything that much better! He procured some Pates for us to eat, rented us a great minivan, met us at the airport and it was the easiest pick up and drop off of a rental car we’ve ever done. The condo is very clean and spacious with high ceilings, great beds, each bedroom with its own bathroom and TV with great WiFi. Lots of beach towels, snorkels, and beach chairs are also available to use. Dexter is a wealth of knowledge and really a cool guy. We’d highly recommend his place and his rental car service. We were a group of 10 and the two living areas and kitchens were very useful. The wealth of knowledge, warmth and character that Dexter brought truly made a great trip even better!
