The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The pools were so nice and beaches were close by with shuttles. I would stay here again. The music entertainment at night was wonderful.

Beach was ok. Had seaweed but pretty and very close to Coki beach which is beautiful. Clean rooms nice kitchen area fully stocked. Staff was incredibly nice.

The villa was good, but the master bath fan ran continuously, and the air handler quit the last night. We reported the fan issue, but no repair was done. Staff were great. Shuttle up the hill was good to have.

Staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. The grounds were beautiful. Felt very safe. Although in our room the hand soap and body wash in the bathroom were empty. I would have expected them to be full. We had three guests in our room and we had to request bedding for the pull out. It should have been in the room.

TERRIBLE! They were renovating the room above me so it was banging, dragging furniture and loud beating all morning and night! They didnt stop at 5pm either! It was well after midnight and they were still at it. Called the front desk and spoke with supervisor who said he would have security check it out but it was still happening. And when it finally stopped, the reconvened at 7am! Ridicuolous! I could not enjoy peace and quiet my whole stay there

*There is no place to eat, but the Mararitaville restaraunt or the closet cafe. The food is expensive and the service is ridiculously bad. They add an automatic 18% tip. This explains the poor service. Going outside the resort is an option if you want to pay racket taxi prices. 3 people to go to outside the resort add $90 to go 3 miles round trip. Crazy. The small closet store/cafe is limited and the staff is amazingly rude. I had one lady the acutally refused to serve me until I said "good evening" to her. I swear. One cannot make this stuff up. It was so bad. The concierge hung up on me when I called to get the broken door on the laundry center opened for us. Except for a few people, the entire staff is so unfriendly and rude. No spa or jacuzzi? I expected more for my $700/night stay. Jim my Buffet is flipping in his grave. This place is terrible.
