Windward Passage Hotel

The proberty was close to restaurant and shopping. Locks were broken on suitcase we believe by staff. We complained but were told the manager was out. The manager did not contact us...very disappointed.

It was okay wasn’t what I expected ... Some of the staff was very polite and there was one that didn’t even look you in the eyes.

I have a long time perspective on this historic and important hotel. Much of what exists is over 30 years old. None of this is weather related. The property has been allowed to decay to the point it is an embarrassment. I started going there in 1979 and have stayed there many times since. Curtains are torn, Very old cheap roller doors are beaten up and are single pane and not seem to amplify noise. Please save this very important portal to the business community and the USVI.

we never received room service during our stay and had to go to the front desk for towels. The free shuttle to Megan’s beach was amazing. It is free, but the beach charges a $5 entry, FYI

This property was hit hard by the hurricanes, but they are working to get it repaired. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend it and know that with an increase in visitors it will be returned to it's former glory.

I think the location is excellent for us (Ferry travelers). The property could be really nice, just needs a little scrubbing.

This property is a dump. They did a mediocre renovation. They are just in the business to take ppl money. The housekeepers are the laziest and nastiest I’ve ever encountered. Very convenient location though.

Nice Hotel close to market but not with restaurant no food around, after hurricane they did not even improve ,

Close to airport and restaurants. Clean and put together. Hotel restaurant just reopened from storm. Staff friendly and helpful
