My stay was good. For two days no towels and blackouts but things were resolved. Very nice property and I pray that they finish the updates and make this a better location for tourists visit. There was no microwave on property. The staff was very nice.

The hotel is outdated and the rooms surely represent this. Nice location and view if you’re fortunate enough to have a sea view room. Not a hotel to stay at if you’re going to spend lots of time on the property.

The property almost seems like a ghost town. Staff really nice. However seems like there is a lot of renovation. NEEDS a lot more things to do on the property.

Cozy, Quiet & Relaxing

Have stayed here many times before and i didn't want to stay again however I'm loving the new upgrades and room renovations. My room was not ready when i arrived to check in. Waited about an hour or so for the room. This was the first time experiencing this though. After checking in i figured out why i may have had that issue. The hotel is renovating some rooms. The construction noise was not bad but they definately should make guests aware. This hotel has alot more potential. May i suggest upgrading the mattresses. The mattress was way too soft. We had backaches some days. A microwave in the room wouldn't be bad either. Opening the souvenir shop so guests don't always have to walk or drive to get for example Tylenol for a headache. All in all the ocean view room is amazing. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and coffee spots. Will be revisiting soon.
