Check in was horrible, rooms not ready, girls at front desk kept leaving to check on stuff then talk to other people.

property was run down, not very clean, mattresses needed to be replaced, linens were old. And on top of all that the area was not very secure. Gates, locks and fences around the property did not make us feel very safe. The staff were very polite and gracious...... not their fault.

Pros- convenient to airport and restaurants. Good location overall. Fair price for the room. Cons- patio furniture needs updating, lobby is dark and gloomy. Need to provide more bed pillows. We had 2 small flat pillows on the bed. This hotel could be really nice with some updating.

Very convenient location in Charlotte Amalie. Close to the harbor, airport, shops, and restaurants. There was also a bar/shack next door that was convenient for getting a drink. The security booth is also very helpful when looking for a cab. I wish the balconies were a bit bigger. Other than that, room was always clean and didn't experience any issues.

Well staffed

This is a really tired property getting to the point of being decrepit. It needs a full refurbishment. Don't expect anything more than extreme basic.

I feel that some of the reviews are overly critical, however I could see why some may be disappointed if they believed the hotel was a resort. It is a clean 3 star stop over location or for a short stay (my wife and I needed one night) at/near airport and ports. Market rate in USVI is high, so rates (and photos) could create false expectations relative to certain standards on US mainland. Also, staffing shortages during COVID adding to a slower island pace. Check in was looking to be a nightmare at 2:00(room key distro starts at 4:30) as they told everryone no early check in - but offered storage in secured area (we used that without issue). Happily they had room keys and check in for those that had arrived/confirmed billing by 4:10 , and handed out keys pretty quickly. Facilities are limited during Covid - no gym, shops, etc. Moe’ market 2 short blocks , necessary stop until COVID allows for hotel to ramp up full retail operations. I travel for work and stay in Hilton/Marriott or resorts 100 nights/year - we will return if need arises again. Fair deal for us

Everything was nice and beautiful didn’t like how we had to pay for breakfast but everything was nice

Beds are horrible.

Room served it’s purpose for our stay in St. Thomas. Several times we returned in the afternoon after going out for the day and room still hadn’t been serviced and/or left without any clean towels. Could tell they were making renovations to the rooms.

The property is good. There were some rowdy people staying in the hotel. You can walk to shopping area but it doesnt seem safe after dark. The property is centrally located.

Was amazing. Melvin the bartender was the absolute best. Thanks

The view is awesome!

Terrible hotel

Property is close to the airport and town area. However the room is very outdated and was not cleaned and serviced properly. There was a cup of mold…probably a pass customer left a half finished cup of coffee in the safe. No soap/shower gel provided and the Room was hot. The air conditioner was loud and running but it wasn’t working properly. Tried decreasing the temperature on the remote but that didn’t work and called maintenance and they couldn’t fix it.

Blood stains on the bottom of wall... told front desk twice, no one cleaned it. No new towels were brought to our room and had to ask for it ourselves.
