poorly keep up
I was there for an overnight. It was nice and I had a great view.
We stayed here purely out of necessity when we needed one night in St. Thomas, traveling between the BVI's and US. The rooms need an upgrade - there was no dresser or desk - and the bathroom was very dated. Very few of the advertised amenities actually existed. There is only one restaurant - only open for breakfast and dinner. It looked so dated and dark we did not venture in. There was no fitness center, no gift shop or place to purchase a toothbrush or toothpaste. Everything seemed to be closed up. Maybe they just haven't recovered yet from Covid? I would only stay here again in an emergency - it was the only hotel on the island that would accept a reservation for only 1 night.
The property was surrounded with homes less. The hotel smelled, everything was very old. The advertising picture was very deceiving. I would never stay there or make a reservation there nor refer anybody and put it on Facebook and the Internet not go to that hotel.
Very clean and safe.
Roach found, bathroom is dirty
Very disappointed!!! The pictures are very outdated. The exterior of the hotel is very dirty & looks run down. None of the amenities were accessible or open. Restaurant, bar, gym, and pool we’re all closed during our stay. The rooms are ok, the balcony with ocean view is just that “a view.” You can only stand on the balcony, over looking the sea across the street. You can not swim from this access point. The back of the hotel is an alley, and private neighborhood. The Staff was helpful and friendly under the circumstances. This hotel is clearly owned by slum lords. It seemed it was 1 person for each department. There were 30 minute check in times, 1 worker 10 guest. One hour wait for a blow dryer. Security also had to run errands as the front desk rep had no other help available. We checked out and finished our vacation at a different hotel.
Rooms were outdated and needs to be upgraded (especially the bathrooms). Housekeeping services were poor. Linens were stained and in limited supply. Rooms were not cleaned when promised. On one of the “cleaning” days, the pillowcases were changed but not the sheets. Telephone in my room never worked during my stay. Poor lighting in the rooms.
The hotel is run down and needs an update. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Construction work was disturbing at times
Super
close to things need better upkeep
Dirty and be inattentive to customers
Property is not up to par….staff very impolite and rude…the hotel offers nothing it’s more like a motel
