There are no shared spaces or other units — the entire property is yours to enjoy.

Other things to note -
A rental car is strongly recommended. The island has steep hills, limited sidewalks, and taxis can be expensive or unreliable. An SUV makes exploring much easier.

Our driveway is steep and narrow, as is common on St. Thomas. You’ll get used to it quickly, but we recommend arriving in daylight for your first trip up.

Power outages occasionally happen on the island. Our backup generator and solar systems help ensure your stay remains comfortable.

You may spot lizards or iguanas around the property — part of island life! We have regular pest control, but nature is close here.

If you have any questions before or during your trip, we’re happy to help make your stay stress-free and enjoyable.

Our stay was magnificent! We really enjoyed all of the different places to sit around and outside on this property! Fabulously furnished house with soft linens, a kitchen fully stocked and the absolute best grill we have ever used at a VRBO. Very close to the wonderful beaches, grocery stores and all things on the island. The house is everything that is listed but so much more then is listed too! Not one complaint and will stay here again in our future visits to St Thomas! Thanks!

Absolutely loved our stay here!!!! It was a special trip - back to the USVI where we got married 25 years ago - to celebrate with our kids. This home was well stocked from kitchen to linens & beyond. Decor was well thought out and furniture was super comfortable. We all slept so well in the very nice beds. Our kids are 19 & 21 and it was wonderful to have well separated bedrooms and plenty of space to hang out. We did have a rainy day and we were all perfectly content chilling out at the house. Morning coffee on the deck with the lovely view and big iguanas close by in the trees was the perfect way to start our days. My only complaint is that we had to leave.

You see reviews on this house, 10 out of 10. How can this be? Review after review, all 10's. I couldn't help but book the locations. My findings, just as everyone has stated, 10 out of 10! Everything we needed was in the house. My two adult children and my grand kids were beside themselves. i hit the ball out of the park booking this house. We all had a Great Time! We will be back! Island Time

The Waterfall Oasis was very clean including the very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated not needing to buy little extras (like dish soap & papertowels). The view of Magen's Bay was lovely, and the star gazing at night was incredible. We appreciated the house book with lots of great restaurant ideas! The beds were very comfortable so we were well rested for days full of activities!

Sibling vacation

My brothers and sister and spouses and I enjoyed this house. We cooked in some nights and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, went to a different beach each day, and watched a movie each evening, had coffee together each morning. It is the perfect house for a sibling vacation in paradise!

Wonderful Stay at Waterfall Oasis

Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed ringing in the New Year at Waterfall Oasis. The property is centrally located on St Thomas and allowed easy driving access to great beaches. We had plenty of room to spread out in the spacious layout and then enjoyed getting together around the pool. The kitchen is well appointed and made it easy to “stay in” a few nights for dinner. The hosts are great communicators and check-in was a breeze. Property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommended!

Perfect house up in the hills overlooking Meagans Bay.

My family of 4 stayed for Christmas week and we all loved the house. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom. We were provided with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lots of towels, and so much more. The house was on a hill, so it had a nice view. The driveway was a bit steep and narrow and hard to make a right into it, but we managed. We loved the pool with the waterfall but the pool was a bit chilly for our liking. We are very grateful to have found such a nice place to stay on St. Thomas. I recommend staying here.

40th birthday get away

This place was everything and more! Very roomy, clean, pool, all the amenities and a stunning overviews. On the down side the water pressure was extremely low, was hard to find, and the dryer was very loud. Other than that this was an amazing stay. We did not try to contact anyone but want them to know. Would definitely stay here again.

Truly Paradise

Not sure what we can say that hasn’t already been said! The property was perfect retreat for our family of 6. We loved the location as we felt it was close to everything we needed or wanted to see on the island. The local iguanas and hummingbirds made our morning coffee routine much more enjoyable, especially for our youngest son who woke up early every morning to look for them! Ashley was an incredible host and so quick to respond to any question we had. The beach chairs, pool toys and little extras at every turn really added to our enjoyment and were greatly appreciated! I see a lot of people in the travel groups on Facebook, etc that are concerned about the power outages. We did lose power 3 times during our week long stay but were not inconvenienced in the slightest because of the generator! Our family had an amazing stay and would love to return in the future!

Perfect House for Large Group

The house is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is a ton of space, we had 7 adults and everyone had their own space. The pool was amazing and the kitchen was a dream! Ashley was quick to respond to any questions and helpful with all the questions prior to arrival. We had one power flicker and the generator came on so quickly you didn’t even notice. We will be back for sure!

Amazing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Ashely was always pleasant to speak with, quick with her responses and accommodating. The house was very spacious for a family of eight. It was very clean and well stocked. They go above and beyond with stocking every bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, and the kitchen is stocked with lots of extras. The pool and pool house are fun to enjoy. The house is a great location not far from the red Hook area or downtown. I can’t think of anything negative to say except for maybe the water pressure was a bit difficult at times but That’s a given on any island. We lived the house, the islands, and the family time! We will be back!

This property is one of the best! As soon as you walk in you see much care is given to the design. From the comfortable couch, amazing beds, well stocked kitchen, incredible views, privacy, this house has it all! Air conditioning in every room! The Best Place To Stay In St. Thomas If You Can Get It !!!!!

Our Family of 5 had an amazing time at the Waterfall Oasis this April. What we loved about it: beautiful home, decor, accommodations and view of ocean and mountains w/ pool. Great location - within minutes to beaches, restaurants and very private. Our family loved spending time at the house, because we weren't on top of each other all of the time and everyone had their own space. I would give this 10+ Stars if I could , as we really enjoyed our time there so much and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to St. Thomas. Ashley was always attentive to any question and immediately responded with helpful guidance about anthing - i can't recommend this experience at Waterfall Oasis enough !!!!! - Secure Your Vacation with them NOW if it's still available!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waterfall Oasis, Our entire stay felt so luxurious, the view was perfect, the rooms were organized beautifully and the welcome binder was perfect. We definitely enjoyed the complimentary concierge. The house was so clean, so well thought out, we had everything we needed. The pool house was the perfect place to hang out after we barbecued and the view was amazing. We will definitely be going back, this is our #1 recommendation on VRBO. Fabulous Getaway, Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful! Well-designed, well-stocked, ideal for our multi-generational family vacation. The driveway is very steep — to be expected in St. Thomas — and not the best views for the sunset, but the home was so comfortable. Air conditioning was great, decks and pool house were fantastic. The concierge service was a great bonus for planning and arranging activities, and really appreciated having our groceries delivered and put away the day we arrived. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
