We are located on the East End at Cowpet Bay West, one of St. Thomas' most desirable locations for vacationing, inclusive of being a 5 minute drive into Red Hook boasting a strip of restaurants, bars and nightclub, Red Hook Ferry, American Yacht Harbor, Moe’s supermarket, Food Center, and just one minute away from the Ritz Carlton. 15-25 minutes away from everything else around the island!

We are on Cowpet Bay Beach with unobstructed views overlooking the bay and beach. Our bathroom paved makes it easily assessable for a straight walk over to the beach while enjoying the beauty of our condo community. Other beaches nearby are: Secret Harbour, Sapphire, Coki and Lindquist to name a few- just a short drive away.

Note: Our home is guaranteed fresh, thanks to CENTRAL A/C and CENTRAL DEHUMIDIFIER.

EXPERIENCE:
Serve martinis and a cheese board on your unobstructed, ocean front balcony, drinking in that amazing crystal clear blue ocean view.
Close the doors on your gourmet galley kitchen after preparing your culinary delights that would make even an executive chef smile. With only the finest in cookware, utensils, and counter top appliances, your tight kitchen work space is a cook's dream for preparing a simple snack to a grand dining experience.

Later, turn in to your private, bedroom suite complete with high end touches including plush beds, full thread count sheets, and thick thirsty towels.

- There is a mandatory 12.5% USVI hotel tax fee and $300 refundable security deposit.

Had a great Christmas week. Condo is very spacious and had access to a lovely beach and pool area within a short walk. Close to Red Hook which has many great dining options. Highly recommend Sun-kissed Serenity to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beach/sun get away

This was our second time staying at a unit in Cowpet Bay West and it didn't disappoint. A short walk to the beach. Decent snorkeling. A short drive to a nice local grocery store. Really good restaurants nearby, and the sun/heat!Keshri was a wonderful host and made our stay more enjoyable. We will be back.

Can’t say enough good things about Sunkissed Serenity! We’ve stayed on St. Thomas 8 or 9 times and this is our favorite place to stay by far! We loved everything about it and it was absolutely perfect for our family of four (2 adults, a 15 yr old, and a 12 year old. We can’t wait to book again!

A week in paradise!

For one week, my best friend and our husbands had the honor of staying at Sunkissed Serenity! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. A beautiful flower bouquet, a handwritten note from the owners, and a local bottle of rum greeted us from the dining room table!! Unexpected and so very kind! Warm, inviting, beautiful! Everything you could ever need for the week was included!! Toiletries, kitchen supplies, bug sprays, suntan lotion, pool noodles, snorkeling gear, coolers to use at the beach, I could go on and on. Things we would go out and purchase were already there, which was fantastic!!There is a private beach on Cowpet Bay, just steps away. This is shared with the Elysian resort, and maybe it was the week we chose, but it was incredibly serene and quiet, with very few people around! Loved the privacy!We met the nicest people, as well as iguanas, lizards, sea turtles, starfish, and a live conch!!! Outside of the front door, we met a gigantic hermit crab, who would show up nightly in the trees! He was awesome!The sunrises and sunsets from the outdoor balcony were stunning, and I loved reading on the comfy couches!There are two restaurants feet from the beach offering delicious food and beverage choices! A short ride to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John are MUSTS! We had the BEST week and cannot thank Keshri and Ed enough!! We will return soon, and cannot wait!! With love from "The Four Sandy Bums!" Sunkissed Serenity- would recommend 100%

We stayed a week and the condo was as beautiful as the pictures on line. Very well equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need. Close to Redhook which we loved to be able to hop on the ferry to St John easily. The pool and beach area were great. Two restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our host thought of everything we could need which meant we didn’t have to pack a lot. Beautiful getaway

I highly recommend booking this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, homey place to unwind after a day on STT/STJ. This unit is located at Cowpet Bay, which is very convenient if you enjoy going to Red Hook, or hanging out on the east side of the island. The view from the balcony of this unit is gorgeous, we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there! Also, this unit has a washer and dryer in it, as well as many towels and little odds and ends that make visiting St. Thomas much more convenient! Being able to wash our clothes and towels daily was perfect. Keshri, the hostess, was also incredible. She was very responsive and thoughtful, and she went above and beyond to make our stay everything we dreamed of!

Great condo and location

We loved our stay here. The unit was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the option to eat in rather than eat out all week was key for us. The kitchen has great cookware, utensils etc, making this really easy. Our host was so attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. Cowpet bay is quiet, has a really nice beach, good snorkeling along the sides (we rented gear for the week from a local shop), and a restaurant right on the beach, a short stroll away. Our teenage boys loved the beach, pool and having their own room and space. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Having the beach and pool nearby allowed for us to have a couple of relaxing low key days. The location is very convenient to Redhook for dinner/entertainment and to catch the Ferry to St. John. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio every evening. The communication from Keshri was excellent. Always available to answer questions as we planned for the trip and while we were on location. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sun kissed serenity. The place was everything advertised. The view was awesome and the outdoor patio was perfect. The condo was very well stocked. We did not cook because we like to eat out on vacation, but the kitchen was had everything you need. Our host thought of everything. Appreciated the extras such as bug spray and sunscreen. The area is beautiful and very convenient to red hook. Would very much like to go back.

Little slice of heaven

Sunkissed Serenity was just what we were looking for. Well appointed, gorgeous condo with amazing views that kept us entertained the entire trip! We visited a few other beaches but Cowpet was the best in the area. Beautiful palm trees, wide sandy beach. Keshri is a fantastic host. She has everything you need, beach chairs, pool toys,sunscreen, beach towels. Not to mention the spice cabinet and grill!

Wonderful place, gorgeous views

Could not have been better! Deck looks right out over the bay for morning sunrises. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Condo was perfect for 2 couples-King beds in both rooms, all the amenities taken care of (towels, beach towels, even bug spray if you need it at night). It even looks like the host had recently redid both bathrooms, both looked brand new. Our host was always available, asking if we needed anything, & checked on us during our stay😀 Lots of great restaurants in the Cowpet Bay area; 5 minute drive to get to the ferry to get to St John. Came down for our 25th anniversary with our best friends, and the week was fantastic! Would love to come back again!

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay with Sunkissed Serenity. Everything we needed was ready at the condo. Location was great for food, activities and relaxation on site. We felt safe and the beach is steps away. Oceanview was beautiful on the patio. We received all needed support from our host. Definitely great location to catch a ferry over to St. John, a must do. I was worried about weather but it was beautiful with clouds on and off but the sun always came out. If you are looking for a relaxing environment to stay with quick access to fun, look no further. Looking forward to a future return.
