You will have plenty of Room for all your guests with over 5600 Sq Ft of living space inside and over an acre of property. There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for your enjoyment. On the top floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Chefs kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a game room, and a laundry room. On the main floor there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Chefs kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a game room, & a laundry room. On the bottom floor that’s only accessible by the outside stairs in the front of the villa, there is an apartment where our property managers live and keep everything on the property working smoothly. Across the driveway your group can enjoy the infinity pool anytime day or night. Also there is a studio apartment inside the poolside cabana for your pleasure with a large full bathroom. The pool Network is Bettye’s.Villa and the PWis 91Solberg. At the back of the cabana are stairs leading down to a storage area and then on down to a lower level with a sliding glass door leading into a gym/exercise room with machines for working out.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
