Very nice property good rooms and beach. But, l can not recomend ST Thomas , for instance, the staff at Buoy Haus drank all the coffee in lobby, was using guest bathroom stalls, sitting on lounge chairs by the beach and gemerally being a little too casual and comfortable with the amenities and not very good cleaning up the mess by the kayaks. There were old life jackets in the river, on the sand, a derelict kayak, garbage, broken lifejackets etc. The people really wont do anything for you without layment or asking. This is not some cultural thing when you paying $1500: night They probobly have best crew on island but not a good Island experiemce , St Croix is much more of a real island vibe. Avoid STT.

Just about everything about the Buoy House was commendable-- spotless room, well maintained facility, friendly and helpful staff. Only wish there were more beach chairs, and the beach wasn't the best- fairly narrow. But would gladly return.

No service coffee was late in the morning no water ever sent to our room when requested. No one was in charge. It is frustrating when they charge $85 a day for these services. It was clean and they cleaned our room daily but never replenished our complimentary expresso even when requested several times. They are only staffed correctly when the cruise ships are in port which seemed strange. Oh and the food is not good at all.

Room was nice, but wish we had a better view. It said we had a “garden view”, but it wasn’t anything other than looking at the road and some trees. Pool was so nice. All staff were super friendly, but get used to “island time” because no one is in a rush to serve you. Great beach and views of the ocean from most spots on the resort.

Wait staff kept rushing us at the dining table, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. We just wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves and the ocean view. No customers were waiting. Barely anyone at the restaurant.

The rooms were clean. The staff was excellent and helpful. The only thing I did not enjoy was Isla Blue restaurant. We preferred to dine out and taste the food of different restaurants on the island. All were great!
