This Studio Plus you will enjoy a king bed with a sleeper sofa ( queen size ) in the living room with a balcony /patio ( depending on location of the suite / upper or lower unit - view of the ocean/pool/garden / mountainside. Enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, utensils, toaster, blender & coffee maker & dishwasher. Shuttle / golf carts run daily from 8am - 11pm & Beach towels provided daily, washer and dryer in every complex. & Free Parking

Guests must check in at the front desk and must be at least 21 years of age. Guest must also present valid identification (state-issued or passport) and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check-out please ask your host the day before check-out.


The USVI government charges an environmental tax per room per night ( energy usage tax) that runs $25-$38 per day ( varies by room size ). This is a Government tax that is surcharged on the Island in additional to your accommodation fees. The Resort collects this on behalf of the USVI Government. This fee is charged to your room, the resort puts a $250 hold on your card when you check in / refunding the difference at the end of checkout.
