Beautiful house

Stayed here a week and it was amazing. Beautiful place that was clean and had plenty of amenities for your stay . There’s also coolers , chairs , snorkeling gear and beach towels to use. Todd was great at communicating with and was always very responsive with any questions. The view from the house is amazing, probably one of the best ones you’ll see in your lifetime. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great . There is also access to the roof that’s on top of the house for an incredible view, but the neighbors that permanently lived in a unit below were always up there using the space . So you really couldn’t access it even though it’s on top of the house that you pay to stay at. Just feel there needs to be more clarity on who’s space that really is and who can or can’t access it. It’s a minor detail so definitely don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place. We loved it and would definitely stay again . Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful view and great host

We stayed here as a family for eight nights. The place was as pictured, and as described online. The view of Magen’s Bay is breathtaking from the home. There were a couple of issues with things in the house, but Todd was attentive and came up with a solution for them. We enjoyed our stay, and are grateful for the beautiful vacation in St. Thomas.

Million dollar view

Todd’s communication is by far 100%. The place is absolutely stunning and besides being on the beach I don’t think you can find a more island home with the open air massive windows to the roomy patio area… would definitely re book anytime.

Gorgeous Views!

8/10. This property has amazing views. Facing the North towards Magens Bay it is nestled near the botanical gardens. We fell asleep every night to the sounds of tree frogs and birds. When the ocean breeze sweeps up the mountainside it is paradise. The property needs a little TLC. We struggled with the jacuzzi tub and werent able to use it. However, at the end of the day there was rum to soothe the aches and pains. Bug nets for the canopy beds are advised.

Mold and mildew

We had to cancel our reservation shortly after arrival because there was a lot of water damage throughout the house. There was mold on the walls and the house smelled musty. We had trouble breathing in the house and had to get out. We notified Todd and VRBO of the conditions and Todd sent someone to clean. We had to scramble at the last minute to secure alternative lodging on NYE. We were fully refunded but it was a very stressful experience. I wish Todd informed us of the conditions when he requested the second payment. When I booked the pictures of property and the description were different than what’s currently shown. But I do not have screenshots to prove and VRBO could not verify.

Saint Thomas getaway

We couldn’t ask for anything more than what this rental provided. Todd was an excellent host and responded to our questions promptly. The location was excellent and within a short drive to many amazing beaches and activities. The house was stocked with everything needed to make it a home away from home.

Todd was a great host who was quick to respond to any questions. The space was perfect for our family of 5. Some of the furniture and kitchen area could use some TLC- we did often find bugs on the countertops in the kitchen. However, overall it was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Todd an Antoinette are terrific hosts! The provided great recommendations for everything we asked about and took care of anything that came up. The location is 10-20 min from everything you would want to do on St. Thomas as well as the ferries to other islands.

Great experience & amazing hosts!

We had the best time here!! Todd and his wife are the best hosts we’ve had with any VRBO property we’ve stayed at. They are so kind and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They gave us great recommendations on restaurants, beaches and activities to do on the island. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Magens Bay views and ample space

Todd was amazing to work with getting to the location in the dark. Plenty of room, clean, and lots of amenities. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for beach days. Would stay here again for sure.

Magen Bay view

Our family had a great time in St Thomas. We visited 5 beaches and saw sea turtles, rays, starfish, iguanas, banana quit and much more. The apartment we rented was very clean and provided plenty of towels and snorkeling gear. The apartment had a screened in porch with views of Magens Bay.The owners of the property were super nice and helped us find the apartment and gave us advice on restaurants and activities.

Classic island home

Great value- nothing fancy but a nice clean safe place to stay for your visit. Todd, Antoinette and family are wonderful to deal with. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and snorkeling gear were much appreciated.

Hilltop retreat

The apartment is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Well- appointed kitchen. Nice view over Magen's Bay and the small islands north of St Thomas. The hosts are readily available, friendly and helpful. The location is away from the bustle of central St Thomas, with a chorus of tree frogs each night. Steps down to the entrance can be a bit of a challenge if one is carrying something, or if a person is a bit unsteady on stairs. Navigating the steep twisty roads on St Thomas hills takes some practice and planning- Google Maps app is helpful, but often selects a shorter but more difficult route as its primary rather than a slightly longer but easier route.
