IMMACULATE! WASTE NO TIME GETTING TO THE BEACH!

Larry and I would like to welcome you to B207 "This Is The Life!"

Our condo has been completely renovated. In 2021, we had the entire condo painted white, we purchased a NEW COUCH, LAMPS, FANS, END TABLES & NIGHTSTANDS DELIVERED NOV. 2021, NEW BED DELIVERED FEB 2022! Nothing was spared with this vacation home! The kitchen has top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven and refrigerator with an ice maker. The condo flooring is a sleek gray porcelain tile throughout. The bathroom includes a white granite counter top with 2 sinks, a large shower with pebble stone flooring and a rain-fall shower head.

The large closet contains an electronic safe, a cooler to take to the beach and snorkeling gear.

There is a luxurious king size bed with nightstands. with a new bed frame with light gray upholstery below the mattress and on the headboard x. A new mattress from the Beautyrest Silver Collection was purchased in Feb, 2020. Opposite the bed, there is a large built-in storage area and desk. The condo bedroom area can be separated from the living area via the room divider, which has a magnetic closure and is pulled from a storage area next to the refrigerator. The room divider pulls across the entire width of the condo.

For dining-in meals, there is a dinette table, purchased in Feb. 2020 with 4 upholstered chairs. The flat screen TV, purchased in 2020, is on the kitchen wall, so that it can be easily viewed from the couch. The living area includes a Bassett sofa with a matching Bassett chair and ottoman.

The sliding glass doors in the living area open onto the deck, complete with a love seat, 2 bar chairs and a bar-height table. Perfect for your morning coffee and evening beverages! There are privacy shades that can be used in front of the sliding glass doors in the evening. The dividers pull from each wall and latch via the magnetic closure.

For the evening, we have a DVD library and lots of board/card games.

As a guest of a resort condo, you are entitled to free lounge chairs. Please check in with the Resort Attendant (located between Buildings B & C) for your chairs.

Although the Atlantic Ocean is spectacularly beautiful above water, the colorful underwater world is equally beautiful. While snorkeling at Sapphire, you can see turtles, rays and fish of every color of the rainbow! The coral reefs, with their different sizes, shapes and colors are also magnificent!

Also convenient for beach-goers is the Sapphire Beach Bar & Grill. In addition to drinks, the bar also serves a limited, but delicious, food menu. Local talent frequents the small stage area at the Beach Bar.

Next to the Beach Bar is a coffee and frozen yogurt shop! In addition to the delicious frozen yogurt, they also serve breakfast sandwiches.
