The Space
Upon entry the first thing you'll notice is the endless view that greets you from the main entryway as you step into the living space. The entire living room is encased in sliding glass doors which can be opened to enjoy the constant tropical breeze that flows throughout the home.
The living room features an oversized sectional couch and offers plenty of room for game nights, watching a movie, or just general lounging after a long day at the beach! 55" Smart TV carries Netflix, Prime, and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glassware.
The primary bedroom is fully air-conditioned and features a king size bed and generous ensuite bath with dual vanity and small private balcony. The second bedroom is also fully air-conditioned and features a king size bed and private full bath.
In the hallway, you will find a laundry room and full size washer/dryer, adding another level of convenience and comfort to this beautiful space.
The expansive outdoor patio off the living room is beautifully landscaped and features a newly refinished Diamond Brite pool, covered cabana area with 1/2 bath and stunning ocean views. Spend the morning lounging under the cabana with a fresh smoothie, or the evening with a glass of wine watching the sky change colors, as the sun sets behind neighboring islands.
