This beautiful three-bedroom villa with accompanying cottage is set within flowering gardens overlooking our famous down Island ocean view. A tiled walkway escorts you from the private gated drive way to the double door entry and into the living room that has expansive views. The living room is elegantly furnished with a pleasing blend of cushioned West-Indies furniture, mahogany, and island themed pieces. This cozy room incorporates a living area with a large flat screen TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and wi-fi music system. There are lots of games and puzzles, a home-office area with a Wifi router and computer/printer, a dinning area both inside and out. The house is filled with lots of windows and glass sliders for a light, airy ambiance. However, there is a central air conditioner for those days with no breeze. The very well-equipped and laid out kitchen adjoins the living room’s dinning area divided by an island with bar stools.

Back inside Sun Rose da hallway leads to three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom/bath completes the beauty of this home. This majestic suite boasts a romantic four-poster king bed, glass slider doors which access a private deck with immaculate views, with a private bath, so you can shower and still enjoy the view. The second bedroom holds a queen bed that has been nicknamed the “Turtle Room”. The third bedroom’s decors made specially for kids with fun marine scenes and host tow twin beds. In this hallway there is also a second bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

Back outside, there are stairs leading down to the walk-out basement. First, you will pass an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach or if you just prefer to shower overlooking the ocean. This leads to another expansive covered deck that surrounds you with foliage. This deck leads back to the driveway and a covered storage area that holds beach chairs, snorkel gear, and general beach items. Indoors, there is a bathroom and washer and a dryer.
