When looking for condos I made sure to rent one that had 2 beds so my 17 year old son could be comfortable and not have to sleep on a pull out ect since hes a tall teen. After 2 nights of horrible sleep on 1 of the beds we reached out to the management of this condo requesting that they come and assess the bed, bring a temporary air matress and contact the owners. The bed not only had a broken bed frame making the bed not sit flat but also broken bed springs. This made our trip a pain literally. Made for arguments at night on who was slepping where, lost sleep and sore backs. I asked management for a partial refund for only having 1 useable bed and they said they would contact the owners. Never heard back from management so I emailed her 2 days before we were leaving their condo and then again the day after we left asking if they had heard from the owners and I have been ghosted. I paid for a 2 bed condo and only got a 1. We are hoping the owners do the right thing and acknowledge the broken bed frame and the trashed matress and realize it messed up our accommodation greatly. If you are the owners I would really appreciate you reaching out to me. If not its a terrible way of doing business and this wont be the last time you get a horrible review. Thanks!
