Shiphouse 2 is the second floor at the landmark Shiphouse. Designed to resemble the hull of a ship, Shiphouse is an exquisite oceanfront residence on St. Simons Island.

On the ground level, an oceanfront pool provides a refreshing spot to read, relax or refresh after a day in the sand. While this magnificent home is oceanfront, beach access is tide contingent. At high tide, which occurs twice daily, the beach is mostly inaccessible. There is not direct beach access from the home, rather it is just one house down in either direction. You won't miss the ocean when you have spacious balconies, a rooftop deck, mesmerizing waves, ocean breezes and your own seaside pool.

From the outdoor staircase or shared elevator, guests enter the residence and are greeted with stunning ocean views to the east and four spacious bedrooms to the west. The living area features a space for dining, den and an open kitchen with gourmet appliances and island seating. The living area has 180 degree views and a wraparound balcony for enjoying the view and ocean breeze.

Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bath. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed and the en suite has a garden soaking tub. The “children's bedroom” features two sets of bunk beds.

This unit features hardwood floors throughout, detailed architectural finishes and beautiful furnishings.

Atop the Shiphouse is a rooftop deck that spans the entire footprint of the house. The deck is a wonderful gathering spot that features tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a grilling area with running water, and a sitting area to take in the Atlantic Ocean views. Both the rooftop deck and pool are shared with guests renting the residence on the floors above and below the second floor residence.

During the summer months, The Shiphouse condos requires all three floors to be rented for seven-night minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule only.

Bedding Includes: 2 Kings, 1 Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over double).
