Lovely Time

The property had a great location, walkable to the pier area of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the patio and the neighborhood feel of the complex. The townhome was very comfortable. There were no instructions for the TV so it was a bit of a chore to find news or weather or shows. We really enjoyed our stay here and Saint Simons. Thank you.

Very nice location, nice amenities, great kitchen set up but outdated bedding

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO. The property manager was very responsive. The outside seating was amazing and it was the best kitchen with everything you need to cook for your family that we have used with VRBO. The only two small feedback I would share is the AC didn't work very well upstairs in the sleeping areas and the bedding was outdated. Overall would recommend this property.

Great Location!

We had a weekend stay in this Ocean Walk condo and I was very impressed with the location! Equal distance to the pier and to the beach. We had a party of 6 and it fit us well. It was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. We had an incident where something was left at the condo and the property manager was GREAT. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed the condo on our recent vacation. It was clean and had all that we needed, and more! It’s in a great location to shops and restaurants, and it has a lot of fun activities within the subdivision itself. The unit is right next to the lake, a tree swing, and a ping pong table- the kids had a lot of fun with those each day. We will definitely return to this condo! Thanks, Guy!

Perfect for our family

This unit was perfect for our family of four. Ocean walk is such a great place & is close to everything. All beds were very comfortable memory foam. All amenities worked perfectly. Property owner provided many restaurant recommendations and was easy to reach in case of any issues (we had none). My little boys did wish there was a tv in the twin bedroom, but they survived ;)

Wonderful location and outstanding host! Great location both on St. Simon and within the Ocean Walk property itself. Patio space right outside and close to both pools. Guy was a A+ host! Great communication, provided local restaurant recommendations, and only a call away if anything came up. Would love to stay again!

Great Location, Spotlessly Clean

Owner was very helpful when we needed early (or rather, late) assistance!! (thanks, Guy). The bed was especially comfortable and the unit was well-equipped for long or short term stays. We’d be happy to return on a future visit. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

Ocean Walk is the best location/value proposition in the Village area of St. Simons. This unit is a fine choice within Ocean Walk. The unit was clean and well furnished...pretty much everything you need is there. We stayed for a month and the monthly rate makes this a good value too. Guy was very responsive to anything we needed. You can't really go wrong.

A Perfect Spring Break

The property was very clean, the owner contacted us ahead of time with all the information we needed to check in and the location was perfect. Having a heated pool was such a bonus!! We hope we will be able to enjoy this property again.

Perfect for quick getaway

Exactly what we were looking for to visit St. Simons Island for the first time. Centrally located to bike trails, beach access, and the pier with shops & restaurants. The size of the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and the decor is minimal and so pleasing. I do recommend getting block out shades for master BR as the street light penetrates through all night. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location. We had no issues at all during our stay. Guy was very quick to answer any questions I had about the property and amenities! Upstairs Bathroom is a bit tight with the way the doors open inward and If you like it very dark when you sleep, you may want a sleeping mask as the streetlights really light up the room at night! Other than these small things I mentioned, I would recommend staying here!

Great stay!

This VRBO experience really blessed us in celebrating my mother’s passing on the island. I would definitely stay here again! My family loved this little community, the ducks, the grill cookouts, the neighbors we met, and the small lake/pond! Less than a mile from the public beach access on Massengale Park where my mom passed away. Thank you so much, Guy!!!!
